Meet the Team

Tami DuBrow, PA-C
Physician Assistant
I’m a board-certified Physician Assistant originally from New Hampshire. I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and completed my clinical training in Boston, Massachusetts. After relocating to Florida, I gained extensive experience in orthopedic hand surgery before joining West Palm Beach Breathe Free.
I’m dedicated to providing individualized, compassionate, and high-quality care, helping patients feel their best every day.

Tais D.
Lead Medical Assistant
I’ve been working as a Medical Assistant with West Palm Beach Breathe Free for almost three years. I come from Cuban descent and was born and raised in Miami, which gave me a deep appreciation for family, culture, and community. A few years ago, I moved to West Palm Beach for school and have been loving the balance of work and family life here ever since.
Outside of work, my two XL American Bullies keep me busy (and on my toes!). I absolutely adore them and spend quite a bit of time walking, training, and spoiling them. I also enjoy baking, cooking, and spending quality time with my family. With a bubbly personality and a love for making people smile, I strive to bring positivity and warmth to every patient and coworker — sometimes with a dash of humor, because laughter truly is the best medicine.

Isabella “Isa” G.
Medical Assistant
I’m originally from Colombia and have worked as a Medical Assistant with West Palm Beach Breathe Free for the past three years. During that time, I discovered how much I enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. This passion has inspired me to take the next step in my career and study nursing.
Outside of work and school, I spend most of my time with my dachshund, Mia, who definitely thinks she runs the house (and honestly, she does). We love going to the beach together and exploring new restaurants, because good food and salty hair truly make life better.

Astrid E.
Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Known to most as “Ash”, I graduated from the Academy for Practical Nursing with a Medical Assistant Certification in 2008. I continued my education at Hillsborough Community College, where I earned my Associate of Arts (AA) Degree in 2011. I’ve always had a passion for helping people, but when my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just eight years old, I fully committed myself to pursuing a lifelong career in healthcare.
I’ve been a Medical Assistant for 15 years and have held multiple roles, including Lead Patient Care Coordinator, Bilingual Medical Translator (Creole/French), Referral Coordinator, and Administrative Manager of the Support Team. For the past three years, I’ve been proud to be part of the West Palm Beach Breathe Free team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and volunteering with organizations such as Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), Lighthouse Café of the Palm Beaches, and my church. I’m best known for my calm and caring nature, being a team player, and my role as the office “momma.” I’m truly grateful to be part of such an amazing organization and look forward to continuing to grow with Breathe Free on a national level.

Christina “Kiki” B.
Patient Care Coordinator
I’m a Navy veteran who proudly served for eight years in Japan and the United States. What inspires me most is seeing lives change for the better. I’m passionate about helping people experience renewal and hope, and I’m motivated every day by the thought that even small acts of care can bring comfort and encouragement to others.
What I love most about my work is being part of a strong, compassionate team that grows together while caring for our patients at West Palm Beach Breathe Free. I’m a lifelong learner who treasures time in Bible study, and I find peace and joy in singing worship music—it helps me relax, reflect, and reconnect with God.
